‘Reproductivity is Key to Durativity’, Part 05: ‘Seldon’s Soliloquies Series’.

from the internal writings, and from the internal sayings, of our co-founder,
Karl Seldon.
The
fifth such release in this new series is posted below [Some E.D.
standard edits have been applied, in the version presented below, by the editors of
the Special Council for the Encyclopedia,
to the direct transcript of our co-founder’s discourse].
In this 5th installment, Seldon obliquely addresses both ‘The Meta-Darwinian Principle’, which emerges from
his dialectical, immanent critique of Darwinian
Theory/Ideology, and also a ‘qualo-fractal’
concept of ‘the
holographic principle’, as a
theory of progressions
of eventities which may exhibit
self-similarity
but without ‘qualo-fractal’ scaling.
Seldon --
“...eventities which
exhibit the quality of ‘durativity’, those which continue to exist, which
endure in existence most extendedly, which ‘existentiate’, self-extending and self-prolonging
themselves “in” and “through” and AS [a part of] concrete time, concrete duration, for the
longer intervals, are, typically, NOT
those which are produced
but once, and, then, remain, somehow without further change.”
“Instead,
such endurance inheres in that which is continually reproduced, that which sustainedly self-reproduces at a
sufficient rate; that which is reproduced by a process of continuing,
self-similar, ‘self-re-synthesis’, as a ‘temporal qualo-quanto-fractal’,
as a temporal
self-similarity ‘re-gress’, or ‘pro-gress’, in some cases with, but in many cases without, ‘qualo-fractal scaling’.”
“And
it is NOT “Natural
Selection”, a term which conjures a subliminal sense of [e.g., “Nature” as] some
hypostatized, fetishized, subject-object-inverted, ‘crypto-Deific’
Selector-Agent as a ‘pseudo-Agent’ or ‘pseudo-Subject’ with respect to the actual agents, the
self-reproducing eventities,
as “Its” ‘pseudo-objects’, that determines the expanding or
contracting “share” of existential “space” that these eventities “occupy”
as time progresses.”
“On
the contrary, it is the sustained relative rates of self-reproduction of
those eventities,
their ‘self-reproductivity’,
that so determines.”
“Marx’s
“growth of the social forces of production”, the growth that changes “the
social relations of production”, i.e., the growth of the rate of human-social
reproduction -- of the self-growth rate of ‘the societal self-reproductive
self-force of the human species’; the growth of the ‘self-productivity’ of
humanity and of human artefact-wealth -- is but the special, human species case
of this general ‘meta-Darwinian Principle’...”
