FYI:  version 4.5 of the latest major text by Karl Seldon, entitled ‘Universal Algorithmic-Heuristic Categorial-Combinatoric Ideographical  Dialectical Method’, was posted, recently, to the main F.E.D. website. 

 

This blog-entry posts a ‘JPGed’ excerpt from the new bank-matter of this version of this text, which can serve, in itself, as an, alphabetically-ordered, introduction to F.E.D. theory, especially for new readers. 

 

This excerpt is the four-page, page-number-ordered tabular listing of the 117 distinct JPG images embedded in this text.  These JPG images are used to further “illuminate” this text. The listing of images is in ascending order of the numbers of the pages upon which the images appear.  This listing provides the readers of the text another access tool -- another 'way in' to this text, to find their own preferred order of encounter for it.

It is my pleasure, and my honor, as an elected member of the Foundation Encyclopedia Dialectica [F.E.D.] General Council, and as a voting member of F.E.D., to share, with you, from time to time, as they are approved for public release, by the F.E.D. General Council, key excerpts from the internal writings, and from the internal sayings, of our co-founder, Karl Seldon.

 

This second release in this new such series is posted below [Some E.D. standard edits have been applied, in the version presented below, by the editors of the F.E.D. Special Council for the Encyclopedia, to the direct transcript of our co-founder’s discourse].

 

In this 2nd installment, Seldon describes the, little-noted – but noted by, among few others, Kurt Gödel – singular dialectical ‘ideo-phenomenon’.

 

This phenomenon, of mathematical language “breakdown” and supersession, involves the ways in which a sufficiently rich mathematical language can contain the seeds of its own, immanently-potentiated, supersession -- into a higher, supplementary, descriptively more powerful, ‘ideo-ontologically’ still- richer mathematical language.

FYI:  version 4.5 of the latest text by Karl Seldon, entitled ‘Universal Algorithmic-Heuristic Categorial-Combinatoric Ideographical Dialectical Method’, was posted yesterday to the main F.E.D. website. 

 

This is a substantially-expanded text, up from ~ 211 pages, to ~ 228 pages, incorporating much breakthrough content that was not covered in the earlier versions of this text. 

 

This new version also includes back-matter that provides a “master-key” to this text for readers. 

 

This “master-key” back-matter includes a 12-page, single-spaced, alphabetized index/glossary of key terms of art, of key person’s names, of key cited texts, and of key dialectical-mathematical and other dialectical-ideographical symbols.
