Dear Reader,

It is my pleasure, and my honor, as an elected member of the Foundation Encyclopedia Dialectica [F.E.D.] General Council, and as a voting member of F.E.D., to share, with you, from time to time, as they are approved for public release by the F.E.D. General Council, key excerpts from the internal writings, and from the internal sayings, of our co-founder, Karl Seldon.

Seldon –

“The key to grokking the ‘dialectogram’ posted above is to see that the feudal urban classes represent the embryonic irruption of a new kind of social class ‘intra-duality’, but also a social duality of ‘‘‘master’’’ and ‘‘‘servant’’’ classes that reconciles the historically specific class antagonism of feudalism, of “lords” versus serfs, but that also reproduces another, a new species of master/servant social-relational duality at a higher level – one that ultimately ripens into that of industrial capitalist versus wage-laborer.”
