Capitalism’s
Fatal Flaw.
GLOBAL STRATEGIC HYPOTHESES.
Dear Reader,
Capitalism’s fatal flaw
arises from the inherent inner dynamic of the capitalist system, personified by,
and ruled by, the ruling faction of the capitalist ruling class, whereby they eventually
secretly turn against the growth of “the social forces of production” [Marx] –
i.e., against the societal self-reproductive self-force of the human species,
and the general progress of humanity – ultimately turning, ‘humanocidically’,
against the majority population of humanity, when world market competition-driven
technological obsolescence depreciation degrades and devalues the capital-value
of the largest legacy ownership concentrations of industrial fixed capital, and
of the bank loans that purchased it, hence the capital of the big banks that loaned
for its purchase, and thereby drives write-offs that crash the profits of those
most-ownership-concentrated capitals, owned by the very biggest capital owners who
constitute that very ruling faction of the capitalist ruling class [= Marx’s “law of the tendency of the rate of profit to
fall”, de-abstracted for fixed capital and for the world market competition of
capitals].
This flaw is not
the only flaw of the capitalist system, but it is the fatal
flaw, the flaw that, in its final and fullest crudescence, makes the – finally ‘humanocidal’
– capitalist system unsurvivable for humanity, making the
concrete transcendence of the capitalist system the only alternative to the
global extinction of the human race.
‘Descendence-phase’
capitalism’s many other flaws – its accelerating and accumulating production of
pollution and other externalities; its recurring economic “recessions” and depressions,
later-on weaponized by the capitalist ruling faction, with the majority class always
bearing the brunt of the damage; its continual inflation, continually lowering majority
class purchasing power and living standards, and its other abuses of majority
class workers; its later-on erosion of political checks and balances, and of
civil liberties, by the, unchecked capitalist ruling faction’s
coordinated “buy-out” of all 3 branches of political government – will gradually,
cumulatively and eventually discredit the capitalist system in the minds of the
majority class, despite the divide-and-conquer ideologies continually
manufactured and propagated by that ruling faction, and by their prostitute mass
media – will prepare the majority class to vote-out capitalism, and to constitutionally
and statutorily construct the higher system, that of political-ECONOMIC
DEMOCRACY, based upon a new, higher “social relation of production” [Marx], one
that ‘«aufheben»-ates’ the “capital-relation” [Marx], the social
relation of production that bases the capitalist system.
The fatal flaw
of the capitalist system itself also arises from a social injustice, one most
often not mentioned or discerned.
It is unjust that increases
in ‘social reproductive force’ – in social productivity – which accrue,
incrementally, to the benefit of all social individuals,
should also have devastating consequences, e.g., of bankruptcy and ruin, to a
part of society: to the capitalists holding the obsolescence-devalued means of
production capital-assets and loan-capital assets.
But because the sufferers of
this injustice – unlike most of the other sufferers of capitalist injustice,
who are typically individually powerless and already impoverished – are the
richest in capital, hence in money, hence powerful and influential, their fight
against this injustice takes the form of a fight against the interests, and against
the very lives, of the rest of society, e.g., of the majority class, and, ultimately,
of a global ‘humanocidal’ pogrom, via “designer disease” pandemics, by ‘stealth
humanocide’ via lethal pseudo-foods, lethal pseudo-medicines and lethal pseudo-vaccines,
via “Global Warming” hysteria and hyper-austerity, etc. See –

This injustice is also the
reason why, in our proposed Equitist Constitutional-Reform Annex, establishing
Political-ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY, a popularly-supported kind of ‘technodepreciation
insurance’ [in kind] is provided, both as required for [market-competing] Citizen
Stewardship Equity socialized producers’ cooperatives, and also for private capital
enterprises who voluntarily subscribe to the technodepreciation insurance offering,
and pay their premiums.
As technological progress – “the
growth of the social forces of production” – continues to accelerate under the
Equitist constitutional reform, the premiums paid for this insurance, by both
Stewardship Equity and private capitalist firms, are not expected
to cover the full cost of the insurance claims.
That is why this policy of
technodepreciation insurance must be democratically supported by the electoral
majority, and must be provided by the government, from the revenues generated
by Stewardship, private-corporate, and individual citizen production, since
only the government, and not any private insurance company, can absorb the expected
volume of insurance claims’ losses.
The private capitalist firms
who subscribe to this insurance must pay higher premiums for it, because the
replacement means of production granted to them, when they file a valid claim of
technodepreciation of their former means of production, become their private
property, their capital-property.
The Citizen Stewardship
Equity producers’ cooperatives must pay lower premiums, because the replacement
means of production granted to them when they file a valid claim of
technodepreciation of their former means of production remain social property,
over which they have stewardship, but not local ownership,
and for the use of which they pay a monthly ‘Social Rent’.
The threat of technodepreciation,
from upstart innovators in the ruling faction’s “home” nation-states,
and, especially, from new industrialization in the formerly “underdeveloped”
nations of the ruling-faction-created “Third World”, of the formerly hyper-impoverished
“semi-periphery” of the original core nations of industrial-capitalist
development, is an ongoing inducement to ‘humanocidal’ pogroms by the ‘Rocke-Nazi’
ruling faction.
There is a political-economic
secret war, ongoing between the “capitalist core” nation-states of, e.g., Britain,
France and the USA, versus their “semi-periphery”, of, e.g., Brazil, Russia,
India, China, South Africa, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Argentina, Iran,
Pakistan, etc.
A new, higher state of society,
fostering a re-accelerated advancement of the societal self-reproductive
self-force of humanity, and the global renaissance that such advancement will
bring, must also, in its pursuit of social justice – indeed, in its pursuit of ‘generalized
equity’ – include bringing an end to the injustice, the inequity,
the ‘‘‘side effect’’’, of technological obsolescence depreciation, as a burden
of bankruptcy and impoverishment imposed upon a minority of human social
individuals by the advancement of humanity as a whole.
