The E.D. 'First Mathematical Language for Dialectics': ‘Spatio-Temporal Indeterminateness’. -- Part 4: Quoting Seldon Series.

The NQ Language for Dialectics: Spatio-Temporal Indeterminateness.

-- Part 4: Quoting Seldon Series.

Dear Reader,

It is my pleasure, and my honor, as an elected member of the Foundation Encyclopedia Dialectica [F.E.D.] General Council, and as a voting member of F.E.D., to share, with you, from time to time, as they are approved for public release, by the F.E.D. General Council, key excerpts from the internal writings, and from the internal sayings, of our co-founder, Karl Seldon.

This fourth release of this new such series is posted below [Some E.D. standard edits have been applied, in the version presented below, by the editors of the F.E.D. Special Council for the Encyclopedia, to the direct transcript of our co-founder’s discourse].

In this 4th installment, Seldon describes our interpretation of expressions and equations using the algebra of the NQ arithmetic for dialectic, given the abstract, second-to-the-«arché», ‘spatio-temporal indeterminateness’ of the NQ dialectical-mathematical language.

Seldon –

To assert that –

a1 ® a2  =  a <+> Da  =  qa <+> qaa |-=

a <+> m.

-- is not to assert that atoms self-«aufheben»-ated into [atoms plus] molecules at any particular place, or places, in physical space, or at any particular time, or times, in universal history, other than within the ordinal-numbered ontological epoch in which the ontological category of “atoms” first arises in an NQ dialectical ‘meta-model’ of the history of Nature as totality.”

“The above expression should be interpreted only as asserting that atoms possibly self-«aufheben»-ated into [atoms plus] molecules at some places, or at the very least at one place, in our universe, and within some time periods, or at the very least within one time period, in universal history.”

“This is because the NQ ideographical language for dialectic is still ‘spatio-temporally indeterminate’.”

“That is, the NQ language is still too simple and abstract.”

It is still so near to the beginning, so near to the ultra-simple, ultra-abstract «arché» systems/category, of the Encyclopedia Dialectica [E.D.] arithmetics and algebras for dialectics – so near the starting systems/categoryN_, of the E.D. ‘meta-systematic dialectical’ categorial progression presentation of the ‘meta-system’ of the E.D. dialectical-ideographical languages -- that it lacks capability to explicitly and concretely express spatial determinations at all, except to imply that the «aufheben» processes expressed can possibly take place and/or possibly took place somewhere, or at ‘somewheres, in ‘universe/the totality’, and also lacks capability to express temporal determinations, other than the ordinal-epochal ‘time co-ordinate’, t, which is the ‘meta-exponent’ of the ‘dyadic or triadic dialectical-function equation’ in which a given cosmological-ontological category-symbol first arises.
